Colombian cooking tells many regional stories. Corn, potatoes and plantains appear in different forms across the country, from everyday tables to small bites enjoyed on the go. Arepas and empanadas are part of that rich variety: different doughs, fillings and preparations give familiar ingredients a character of their own.

El Loco Archi is Camilo Andres Carbonell Rengifo's truck. He has been cooking Colombian street food in Deerfield Beach for 9 years.
The food is Colombian and it is cooked over fire: picanha sliced to order with yellow potatoes and chimichurri, empanadas in potato dough, arepas filled and pressed on the flat top.
Colombian cooking is built on corn, fire and patience. The arepa is ground corn pressed on the flat top, the empanada is wrapped in potato dough instead of wheat, and the beef goes on whole and comes off sliced. That is the kitchen he brought with him, cooked the way it is cooked there.
If you haven’t tried El Loco Archi, you’re missing out! Their empanadas, steak with yellow-potatoes, and crazy fries are out of this world. The atmosphere is vibrant, the service is top-notch, and the food is absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing Colombian food and great service! The arepas, steak and empanadas were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted authentic and homemade. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely a must-try food truck. I’ll be back for sure! This is a hidden gem!!!
Fantastic, unique food and wonderful service! Hot dog had cheese, pineapple, onions, and crispy crushed potato chips. Nomnom! Found this place on google because we didn’t want to go to a restaurant or fast food chain. Highly recommend!

Oh man this place is awesome. Chef recommendation was the chimchurri steak or steak quesadilla with that same meat. I went quesadilla and from the first bite it was obviously quality food. The cappuccino was perfect as well! Very great little spot right here.

Didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised! The picana was out of this world. Friendly service, great food, good prices. The whole family LOVED IT.
One of my favorite food trucks to go to if not my absolute top favorite. Sweet woman and amazing cook. The steak was cooked perfect and the potatoes were perfectly pillowy potato insides. Loved it here definitely coming back
Recommended 100%. Will eat here again. The food was amazing, we placed our order and food was ready within the next 5 minutes. Great customer service, awesome food. Seasoning was on point and extremely fresh.

This is the best food in Deerfield beach without question. We’ve been ordering here almost every week for years. The picanha and sausage and potatoes are amazing and so are the arepas and quesadillas. Honestly everything is so good, we love ordering for others so we can hop around the menu instead of ordering our favorites every week.

If you want good food, don’t hesitate to order, they are by far the best hot dogs in the sector
