Mexican restaurant on Spring Hill Drive

Oh my God, I haven't had Mexican food this good since I was a little girl in Michigan. We used to have a place up in Michigan called the Mexican village and had the best chorizo and tamales. This place is just as good if not better. They make their own chorizo and they make their own tamales. I will return many, many, many more times. Thank you Pedro for the best service ever. You were a joy to have as a server!

This place is so good! My dad, and stepmom come here often, one of their favorites, and we like to join, we actually just went for my birthday. They surprised me with song, and flan! Prices are worth it too. I usually get the grande combo, 2 enchiladas, and 2 hard shell tacos, refried beans and rice, so good, and the salsa for the chips, my kids approve of, which is rare. Service is great, atmosphere is cool. Definitely recommend.

Party of seven, promptly seated, beverages and food orders taken and served quickly. Entire party happy. I ordered pollo asada, best chicken I've had in any restaurant in a very long time. Would definitely go here again when in the area!!

Service is great. Food was delicious. I had chicken fajitas. The meal came with all the goodies. Chips and salsa was good. I ask for a hotter, spicy salsa. The server brought a green salsa. It was awesome. I enjoyed the food. Atmosphere is pleasant. The booths appear hand painted and are gorgeous.

Absolutely LOVE this place! All around, it's been one of our best experiences at a restaurant. I can't tell you enough how delicious everything was from the chips & salsa, watermelon and mango margaritas to the Mexican bowl (with everything) and the Carnitas, which my hubs said was fantastic and he actually ate every morsel on his plate. Our server was simply one of the best we've ever encountered. We just moved to this area, and we will definitely make this a very regular spot.

Coyote Rojo has THE BEST Taco Tuesday tacos evah! I picked up some soft and hard shell shredded beef tacos for take away. They were awesome! The generous serving of beef was perfectly seasoned. Toppings & shells were super fresh. These puppies hit all the notes a taco should and at a price you can't beat. The chips, and especially the salsa, were also excellent. If your crave is for Mexican, check out Coyote Rojo! I'll definitely go back...and soon!

We love this place, everything we ordered was great, hot and seemed authentic. Salsa was good and the even have a hot version. Seafood was fresh and well cooked, not over cooked or rubbery. We've been back about 6 times now. I'm so happy their about a mile from my house.

The staff was incredible, even staff in passing would make sure we were taken care of. Food came out in 5 minutes and was delicious. Everything was fresh and authentic, will definitely come back here!

My wife and I had a tasty dinner there tonight. The food that hit the spot, with attentive service, all smiles and reasonable prices. 10 out of 10 recommend.
